Allen Oil ConditionerAOC Series

Industrial oils deteriorate over for several reasons. One being the absorption of moisture from the atmosphere or condensation in the tank. Another being the contamination of hydrocarbon gases from leaky gaskets and seals. And one being solids found in the oil from equipment wear and tear. The Allen Oil Conditioner is designed to purify a variety of industrial oils and prolong the useful life almost indefinitely by removing these solids, water, and gases.

All Allen AOC Series Oil Conditioners are capable of the following:

  • Removing free, emulsified, and dissolved water down to 5 ppm total water in multiple passes (single pass optional);
  • Removing 100% of dissolved and entrained gases;
  • Removing solids down to ISO 14/13/10 (5 micron or less depending on the filter media installed);
  • Restoring flash point and viscosity to as-new or better conditions;
  • Removing acidity as it removes the water.
